🟢⚫️ Exciting Plans for the Future of Dundalk Young Irelands GFC 🟢⚫️
We are delighted to share that Dundalk Young Irelands GFC has submitted a planning application to Louth County Council for a major redevelopment of our facilities at Páirc Éire Óg, Hoey’s Lane.
The proposals include:
🏗️ A new two-storey clubhouse extension with modern dressing rooms, shower and toilet facilities, a first-floor meeting room and improved accessibility.
⚽ A new floodlit all-weather (astro) pitch to provide year-round training and increased playing opportunities for all our teams.
🚶 Additional improvements including a perimeter walkway, new player shelter, upgraded floodlighting, fencing and associated site works.
These proposals represent a significant investment in the future of our club and will help us continue to meet the needs of our growing membership for generations to come.
The project remains subject to planning approval, and we’ll keep everyone updated as it progresses.
