What a battle and what a performance from our U15 girls today in warm conditions. Leading by 5 points at half-time, the girls then found themselves 6 points down early in the second half after Cooley struck for three goals and swung the momentum of the game.

Many teams would have folded, but this group showed unbelievable character, composure and determination to dig deep and fight back. Drawing on all their hard work and experience throughout the year, the girls responded brilliantly with some outstanding team play and excellent scores to regain control of the final.

A huge team effort all over the pitch with every player contributing when it mattered most. Special mentions to Hollie Casey for a superb display and to Tegan Whearty for a tremendous defensive performance throughout.
